DO NOT GO! I chose not to listen to the other reviews thinking it couldn't possibly be that bad, but it was. I ended up with a head full of random platinum blonde stripes in my dark brown hair that were uneven and stripey. When I told her it looked nothing like the picture, she dismissed me. When I asked for a refund, she argued with me saying I should "speak up for myself next time" and ended up giving me back less than half of what I paid. I then had to pay more somewhere else just to get it fixed to look normal again!

I had my wedding hair done by a stylist from Eva. She was amazing. It was perfect! To die for. And she traveled to our out of town location for a small fee. Very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately she no longer works there. Another time after that I went to the salon to have my hair dyed. The color looked great at first 2 days later it had faded as though it had been months. I went back and they touched up the color for free. That was great except the color faded same as before. We ended up having to bleach it out. The next year I decide to color it myself and it stayed just fine. Was there something up with their dye? I don't know, but I no longer go there. The service was good, but overall I did not feel like my cuts were great because they didn't understand my hair.
